Who Advises the Forest?

Academic Advisors

You will be assigned an academic advisor in early June.

Your academic advisor is a staff member in the Office of Academic Advising who provides academic guidance and support. Until you declare a major, your academic advisor will guide and support you during and between registration periods. They can also assist you with academic planning, navigating university policies and procedures, and any other academic need or concern. During the academic year, we encourage you to arrange additional meetings at any time to seek advice or assistance.

Pre-Professional Advisors

Pre-professional advisors for the health professions (medical, dental, veterinary medicine, PA, PT, nursing, etc.), pre-law, pre-engineering, pre-business, pre-Wall Street, and pre-graduate school are also available to meet with you.
