Schedule an Appointment

To schedule an appointment with an Academic Advisor, please find your assigned OAA Advisor in Workday by following the instructions below:

  1. Log in to Workday.
  2. In the Search bar on the home page, type view my support network.
  3. From the search results that appear, click the View My Support Network report.
  4. All your Advisor(s) information will be displayed. Look for OAA Advisor in the Role Column on the left.

Once you have located your OAA Advisor, you can schedule the appointment by clicking on your advisor’s name.  Our staff can answer questions about academic policies and procedures, provide guidance around academic concerns, and connect you with other types of support on campus. Walk-ins are also available Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m.

Note

Undergraduate students may schedule an appointment with an Academic Advisor to review progress toward graduation and academic plans for future semesters. Students should complete an Academic Plan in Workday following the instructions here, or complete this Academic Plan Template. Bring your computer and your plan, and allow around 30 minutes for your appointment.
