India Dunn was born in Hampton, Virginia, but was raised in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She attended The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and graduated with a B.A. in Psychology in 2014 and a Master’s in Social Work in 2016. India is a proud Ronald E. McNair Scholar. Throughout her undergraduate career she worked at the UNC Visitors’ Center, connecting new undergraduate and graduate students to campus resources. During her graduate program, India worked with the Blue Ribbon Mentor-Advocate Program, providing support and resources to high school students in an effort to increase graduation rates and college acceptances. As a first generation college student, India believes higher education is the key to success. India enjoys assisting students in their academic endeavors and partnering with academic advisers to ensure that students have the necessary tools to be successful at Wake Forest.
