Affective Outcomes

Affective outcomes are what the students should APPRECIATE or VALUE, at least in part as a result of advising.

Many factors affect the values of advisees. Awareness of desired affective outcomes can help advisers guide advisees towards them, through the course of natural conversations and role modeling.
